Together we can offer the best service to our customers at every stage of a project’s delivery and meet company, customer and legal requirements
With almost 110 years of experience, United Living provides planned maintenance and new build services to clients throughout the country through its United Living North and United Living South divisions.
Whether it’s building or maintaining housing or specialist care homes, the end customer remains at the heart of our approach to design and delivery; resulting in the provision of bespoke solutions based on individual needs and lifestyle.
Our commitment to the local community goes beyond the physical work we undertake. Our simple aim is to create a lasting legacy, supporting the sustainable growth of local people and business via our delivery approach.
Through partnerships with schools, training establishments, community groups and social enterprises we employ, up-skill and train local people and focus on inward investment through the engagement of suppliers and subcontractors local to the areas in which we work.
United Living have chosen to partner with Constructionline. Their solution offers a scalable accreditation model that supports our procurement strategy, offering membership levels that are both proportionate and relevant to the size or risk profile of a prospective supplier.
