What is Facilitiesline?

Facilitiesline is the UK’s only dedicated facilities management supply chain compliance partner, which means it’s designed to connect and support the unique needs of buyers and suppliers across the FM industry. Our Facilitiesline schemes are designed to make managing compliance easy so you don’t miss out on any work opportunities, either from your existing clients or where you’re looking to build new buyer relationships.

What's included within the Facilitiesline membership?

What's the difference between Constructionline and Facilitiesline?

The Facilitiesline memberships have been created for suppliers within facilities management. They have specialized work categories that may trigger additional assessment requirements, such as Hot Works, Working in Confined Spaces, and Hazardous Materials.

I already have a Constructionline membership, why do I need a Facilitiesline membership?

In a Facilities Management environment, contracts often come with a compliance criteria that relate to the activity as well as the environment, which can expose buyers to risk. At Facilitiesline, we ask questions based on capability relevant to the contracts they are working on, all proactively monitored and managed, compliance and certification expiry, so you and your buyers can be sure you’re always compliant.

Will I need to complete additional questions to become verified, if I already have a Constructionline membership?

Yes, but some of the questions within Facilitiesline can also be found in Constructionline memberships, so you will only need to answer the extra questions for Facilitiesline which are not covered as part of your existing membership.

Will I receive a new renewal date if I upgrade to a Facilitiesline membership?

Yes, as you are being re-assessed under a new membership. Therefore you will receive a new renewal date.

Can I change my Constructionline membership to Facilitiesline?

Yes, you can upgrade your existing membership to a Facilitiesline membership by logging into your Constructionline account, select the tab ‘Manage Account’, then select ‘Upgrade plan’.

Can I use details within my Constructionline profile to complete my Facilitiesline profile?

Yes, if you have already completed a Constructionline question set, then when completing the question set for a Facilitiesline membership, they will auto-fill with the details you have provided previously. Any additional questions asked for the Facilitiesline membership will need to be completed manually.

Is there a cost involved to add Facilitiesline to my membership?

Yes, the cost will be dependent on your current membership and your turnover. You can view the cost of upgrading to a Facilitiesline membership on our memberships page.

I have a Constructionline Associate membership, can I upgrade to a Facilitiesline membership?

Yes, you can access this by logging into your Constructionline account, select the tab ‘Manage Account’, then select ‘Upgrade plan’. If you haven’t access to this, please contact your administrator.

Will I need new sign-in details to my details for Facilitiesline?

No, you will be able to use the same login for Constructionline and Faciltiesline, as all of your details are stored on the same platform.
