Today, Capita announced that they are in the process of successfully concluding the sale of Supplier Assessment Services, which includes the Constructionline and Acclaim portfolio of products and services, to Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm focused on growth investing.

The Constructionline brand has been established for over 20 years and we will continue to support both our public sector and commercial partners. The Senior Management team firmly believe this represents a great opportunity to continue to nurture and grow the business.
